Rod offers a unique perspective when he speaks. As a dentist he was a small business owner. After eight years as a dentist, he sold his practice and went to the seminary and served in full-time ministry for 8 years. In 2002 he returned to dentistry. He was certified as a leadership coach in 2016. He has left dentistry to devote his life to helping people, businesses, and churches realize their true potential!
